Linda went above & beyond our expectations! Living away from the beach it seemed like it may be hard to find a property that we wanted. But she knew what we wanted and she looked at many places and found us what we wanted! She is the best realtor at the beach! We would recommend Linda for anyone.

Carol and Bill help helped us during this challenging housing market. They were patient, easy to talk too and very professional throughout the process even allowing us to close early. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is moving to this area.

Carol and Bill are, quite frankly, the best. They helped us sell our condo in Murrells Inlet. We leaned on them for their expertise and they exceeded our expectations. We were out-of-town sellers and a little apprehensive. Carol and Bill made the experience easy. They walked us through every step of the process. They excel in their communication with their clients. If you're looking to sell your home and the home is in the Myrtle Beach-Murrells Inlet-Pawley's Island area, give Carol and Bill a call. You will be very happy you did!

"Carol and Bill are amazing! As a military family relocating to the area, I would highly recommend Carol and Bill. They were both accommodating, used multiple methods of contact and video conferencing to show homes as well as meeting with my relatives in the area to find our perfect home. Moreover, they kept me updated on disclosures when applicable and contributed valuable professional and personal experience in the market. Thank you Carol and Bill!!"

I am a first time homeowner and was unsure and intimidated by the process of buying a new home. However, David was there every step of the way to explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. He was always available to answer any questions I may have. He was very, responsive, hard working, and a true professional. He really made the process of finding my perfect home as easy and stress free as possible. His advice and support throughout the entire process was invaluable and I truly could not have done it without him.

Carol and Bill Burchfield were a pleasure to work with. Down to earth, very professional, and well aware of the local market dynamics. They provided timely execution of all process documentation, and followed up with all parties to keep the process moving in a very busy market. I can't say enough good things about them. As with all transactions, when bumps in the road occurred, them came up with creative solutions. I highly recommend engaging the Burchfield Team for your real estate needs.

Bill and Carol do everything they can to ensure you are happy every step of the process. They are there for you. Truly good honest people. They have assisted us in the buying and selling of two homes in the Myrtle Beach area. Our in laws and friends have had successful experiences with them as well.
