Great team! Very knowledgeable and had great resources. We listed and sold quickly and had to leave the state prior to closing. They were very helpful with alot of tasks that needed to be done for closing and they went above and beyond to make the sale of the home less stressfull! Would highly recommend them!!

We have sold two and purchased three homes in Murrells Inlet from Carol and Bill. Their knowledge of local real estate made it a breeze to find our homes. Their expertise and thoroughness made everything go quickly and done right. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Carol and Bill have been amazing. We have bought a house with them twice AND sold a house with them. All were seamless. They are very caring people and surely take care of their clients. If we sell or purchase again it is a no brainer for us to stick with Carol and Bill. Absolutely excellent!

You will find no better agents than Jerry and Lisa String. They are pure professionals and they know what they are doing. Every suggestion they gave us was the right one. They gave us the specific tasks we needed to do and they had theirs. We spoke to Jerry the first time on May 15, 2021. Between the two of us we were able to prepare the house, get pictures, and on the listing before memorial weekend. We had a signed contract Monday Memorial Day. With good communication and Jerry and Lisa’s excellent management we were settled July 13. I can’t say enough about how terrific this team is. And they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I reached out to Jerry asking for help finding a house. I explained what I was looking for, he called me a few hours later and set up appointments to see 5 houses for the next day. The experience was great. We looked at those houses and more. It was fun, not stressful. On our second day out we found my dream home. We have closed and love our new home. Jerry and his wife Lisa even bought us a gift!!! They are just amazing people and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jerry and Lisa, my new friends.

Highly recommend Linda Linda helped my mom in purchasing a condo. Right from the start we knew we had made a good choice to use Linda as our agent. She listened to us, communicated every step of the way, explaining everything as we went along. She was very attentive and supportive. A pleasure to work with. She definitely has become part of our family (& a neighbor too!)

Ron provided the best possible service with his communicating skills, timeliness. He was especially helpfull in communicating and completing all of the requested repairs of the seller. I not only highly recommend Ron, But will, without doubt recommend him to friends.

Linda did an excellent job of selling our home. Her knowledge of the area helped to price our home where it sold within 1 day of being listed. She kept us informed of all aspects of the sale from the initial signing of the contract to closing. We will definitely be contacting Linda for all our property needs in the future.
