Super professional and fun!
Marilyn is fantastic. We shopped and bought sight unseen. Marilyn conducted video showings and was a perfect proxy for us as discriminating buyers. She did the final walk through for us and we couldn't be happier in our new home.

Awesome SC Realtor
I am a realtor in NC and needed a property in SC for my son while attending pilots school. Called Marilyn one day and drove down the next day, She was lined up all the properties we wanted to look at. Placed and offer the next day and closed within 30 days.
