Stacy treated us like her good friends from the first time we met. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. We found our new home on the first day AND it was her recommendation. Throughout our wait for our closing, Stacy kept us informed on the status of our build. When I had an issue with a change in design, Stacy actually made an acceptable solution and 'donated' (out of her own pocket) towards making that happen for us. At closing she presented a beautiful personal gift for our new home. She is is good at this! We'd call her first if we ever decide to sell and if can talk family to join us in SC, she will get a call.

Nyla was a good agent. She was punctual, polite and responded quickly when we had questions. Because this was a long distance move, she graciously took pictures along the way and updated us.She adapted her searches as/when our needs/wants did. She also worked with the budget we had.

Stephenie did a great job showing us around the properties and more importantly providing ample support throughout the purchasing process. I am a first time home buyer so for me this was quite the undertaking. She helped us through every step of the process, explaining things in detail to both myself and my grandfather. Since my grandfather is not computer-savvy or able to easily travel she was even willing to come to his house and help him with paperwork. My grandfather can be a bit to work with to the extent that I am almost certain any other realtor might of thrown in the towel (hah). But Stephenie handled him with professionalism, understanding and care. She knew how to speak his language and connect with him. She was very approachable and genuinely invested in our family throughout the entire process. I will never forget working with her and going through our first closing on a house. It will remain with me forever as a happy memory. If you're a first time home buyer or interested in buying a home in general I would highly recommend her, 10/10. Webb is amazing! He is so easy to work with, so patient, and follows up on every single thing.
