My wife and I met Judy by happenstance. We were coming home when we saw an open house sign in our condo community. We checked it out and that’s where we met Judy. The house she was showing was not what we were looking for. We told her the type of house that we were interested in and she said if I find anything, I’ll let you know. Several weeks later, Judy emailed us and had three properties to show us. We check them out and fell in love with one of them. Judy‘s professionalism 25+ years as a real estate agent and general knowledge of the market and some basic real estate law was extremely helpful to us as buyers. Judy was always on time for her appointments with us, and if we had a question that she couldn’t answer, she would research it and get us an answer. Because of her perseverance and willingness to help us get the house we really wanted we were able to close in two weeks She’s a wonderful person a great agent and 100% willing to help us anyway, that she could. As a first-time home buyer, I recommend Jessica as the real estate agent. I got an outstanding deal on a Tillman-style home below the market price. She was very knowledgeable about the timing of the market. I never feel rush buying when viewing houses with Jessica. She was accommodating during the walkthrough phase of the new construction home. She was able to help me find minor deficiencies the builder left behind. When my AC unit broke two months into homeownership, she was able to direct me to the right place for a warranty claim. Jessica is always available to help before and after purchasing, making the home-buying experience less stressful. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a new home or investment property.
