Looking for a house in South Carolina from New York was challenging but Dorothy made it a very enjoyable and productive experience. For the first 5 months Dorothy supplied us with almost daily updates on houses available in SC, narrowing down our search as we gave her feedback on our likes and dislikes. Eventually we had our list down to a couple of dozen prospects. At the end of October, we visited the Myrtle Beach area and as soon as we got off the plane, we visited almost a dozen of our top possibilities. The next day we revisited three of the top contenders and within a couple more days put in an accepted offer on one of them. For the whole week we were in Myrtle Beach, Dorothy made herself available for the whole time and helped us with many of our concerns and what seemed like endless questions...always with courtesy and professionalism (and a bit of friendship given our months of back and forth). What impressed us most about Dorothy, was her continued support after the sale. She constantly communicated with us, the seller's agent, lawyers, etc. She helped us with the "walk through" so we didn't have to make another trip down to SC for the Closing. She even obtain the keys for us and relayed them to our friends in Little River. We have gotten fond of Dorothy and really appreciate everything she did for us during the whole process of looking for a home in South Carolina. We highly recommend Dorothy!!!
