We had fun working with Stacy, the buyers, not the sellers as stated above. She was very patient and professional introducing us to a new area and taking us around to a variety of homes. We made two trips from another part of SC to meet up with her. We were able to close with E-documents, which saved us another trip and overnight. Her assistant , Ryleigh, was very good with getting information and documents to us in a timely manner.

Vicki found the perfect house we wanted in March of this year. Vicki not only understood what we were looking for but also she was very familiar with all the neighborhoods so she knew which homes allowed a fence & a pool, the HOA fees & what was included & it made it so easy for us not to waste our time or hers as well. Once we closed we traveled back to NJ because we hadn’t sold our previous house yet & Vicki helped with arranging a cleaning service & recommended the best painter so our house would be ready to move in when we returned 3 months later. I can’t say enough about her kindness, friendliness or expertise & I’m just so grateful that we had Vicki. She is absolutely the best!
