.Jennifer Mullen was highly recommended to me as a real estate agent, and my experience with her truly exceeded my expectations. As a first-time home buyer relocating to South Carolina from another state, I was grateful for Jennifer's patient guidance throughout the entire process. She dedicated a whole year to educating me on the buying process, ensuring that I was well-prepared for this significant investment. Jennifer was not only professional and polite but also incredibly accommodating as I made changes to my home wish list. Upon my arrival in South Carolina, Jennifer took the time to show me a variety of homes, considering all of my preferences. Her knowledge of the area and a keen eye for property features were invaluable, as she was able to point out important details and considerations during our house tours. When I found the right home, Jennifer skillfully negotiated the perfect price for me, truly demonstrating her expertise and dedication. Jennifer's support didn't end there. She was present during the walk-through and the closing, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Her commitment to her clients is evident in her personalized, attentive approach. Even beyond my own experience, Jennifer has helped numerous members of my family with their home purchases, earning her the well-deserved title of our "family realtor."

Mary has been the best agent I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and kind. Character matters! She has helped us with big and small details too numerous to list. You can't ask for anyone better. Highly recommended!

Sharon is very knowledgeable in her field - she knows her stuff. We felt very relaxed dealing with Sharon because she got the job done and we didn’t have to worry about anything. She has always been accessible whenever you needed her. Sharon went over and beyond. We currently live out of state and Sharon made the process seamless. We highly recommend Sharon to anyone who is looking for a home.

Vicki goes far beyond the expected in her role as realtor! We consider her a friend. She was so very patient while we searched for our new home. As we are moving to Myrtle Beach from PA, she acted as our representative by inspecting the final detail work in our stead. Vicki also contracted a painter for us in order to have the garage painted before we moved in. She has been professional, accessible, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Thank you Vicki!

Vicki was great agent to us. Very knowledgeable in the condos she showed us. Very helpful in everything. Even in closing she found stuff that the builder had to fix.

I have worked with Vicki Harvey, and five transactions in the last 2 1/2 years. Each sale or buying experience was better than the last. Vicki is professional, knows her market, creative and thorough. Her job doesn’t end until you are satisfied. I highly recommend Vicki Harvey for any future real estate transactions. Thank you, Vicki!

Vicki is amazing! I was not from the area and not clear on what I was looking for. Vicki spent a lot of time getting to know my needs and is so knowledgeable of the area. She showed me many great properties and was always responsive and available to answer questions. Once I decided on a new construction home, she was right there guiding me through the entire process. She regularly checked on my property and kept the builder to his schedule. She also was a great advocate, ensuring that everything was done well and done correctly. 10/10 highly recommend.
