Because we had already moved out of state when the house went on the market, Lusine checked on the house regularly. She was able to solicit a neighbors help upon discovering a leaking toilet which was corrected very quickly to prevent any damage. She also provided several recommendations for repair people and for attorneys for closing. Lusine was a big help in navigating us through all the e-documents also. A big thanks to Lusine!
