I feel like they nailed the listing price and I had a solid contract signed on the first day of listing. Since I was moving out of state and into a 1-bedroom apartment, there was a lot that needed to be done to get ready for the move. Carol and Bill used their many relationships and contacts in the community to help me with donating furniture and unwanted household items as well as offering to have the house cleaned once everything was cleared out. They went above and beyond in the service they provided and made what could have been a very stressful time, very manageable and calm. I can't recommend them highly enough.
