Ms. Papandrea could not have been responsive to my needs. This property was sold "long distance" and Natalie was always responsive to include several trips to the property to verify certain events had taken place and even to retrieve and return a cable tv box to service provider on my behalf. Because of Natalie Papandrea I was able to conduct closing from my home in the Northeast without the need to be on site in SC.
