The time I spend with Dan looking for houses was wonderful. He set up times which were convenient for me and no matter what the weather was, we went. The thoughtfulness and reassurance I received from him helped me to make the right decision in picking a home. The knowledge he has and the ability to handle the situation was extremely helpful. First of all, Sharon sold my recent home in just a short time. I knew working with Sharon on finding a new home would be something of great value to me. I know where I wanted to be and the amount I wanted to spend on a new home. Sharon did her very best to find me homes to look at. We tracked out into the communities during the storm of 2024 (Debbie) to look at contenders. She used her negotiating skills and talents to get me exactly what I was looking for. She guided me through all the paperwork and was there every step of the way. No matter what time of the day I needed assistance, she was there. She's a number one realtor in my book!!!!!
