Also Dan provided us with a few contacts that we needed for quotes and/or repairs. I definitely recommend Dan if anyone is looking to purchase a house. Easy to talk to and down to earth. Lots of things still had to be done and they took hold and handled it with complete professionalism. They know the legal side of real estate which helped us get through the completion of the sell.
