Julie and her team provide experienced, professional and expert services.

Julie truly knows the market and worked hard to get our house sold. She has strong ties to the community, knowing about available services, and what is needed to get the house on the market and sold. Exceptional realtor that goes above and beyond.

Mr. Chavez is an exceptional realtor. He went above and beyond to help sell my home. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who gets things done. He’s on top of everything, with outstanding communication skills. He explains every step clearly as he walks you through the process. He has a high level of integrity and does everything the right way. What impressed me most was that he went far beyond a typical realtor’s duties—even though I live out of state, he coordinated everything and handled the minor repairs before closing. For these reasons, I highly recommend Mr. Chavez to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
