Patient and honest real estate agent

I’m a first time home buyer. When I first started the journey looking for a house, it was really overwhelming. We looked at a couple houses and I finally realized that it was probably best if I got a condo. We probably looked at ton places before I settled on something. Bill was enthusiastic and patient the whole time. He took time to explain the pros and cons of each home. Bill was very communicative helped me negotiate every step of the way and explained every single step of the process. We started the buying process the mortgage broker he recommended was available any time to answer questions. Both were great resources for this first time homebuyer. And how I found Bill was because he also sold my dad‘s house. Both times Bill was always dependable, honest and communicative.
