Working with Lorelei Novak to buy our home made what could have been a chaotic process feel manageable. She has a strong, practical understanding of the market, including the East Mountains, and kept us informed throughout the process. Lorelei was responsive, patient, and honest. She never pressured us to make an offer. Instead, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us thoughtful, objective guidance. She was especially patient with us given our quick timeline, and we always felt that she had our interests in mind. Her attention to detail and communication really stood out. She kept us updated on what was happening and what we needed to do next, and she took the time to explain contract terms and other details when we had questions. We never felt rushed or left to figure things out on our own. We really appreciated Lorelei’s professionalism, integrity, and genuine care throughout the process. We would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate advisor.

Michelle helped me find a property that wasn't even on the market yet in the neighborhood I wanted. We wrote it up and closed in less than 30 days. Very smooth transaction with constant communication from the lender.
