Ralph is a great real estate agent; he really supported our interests during the home buying process. We leaned on his engineering and construction background during our search, and his familiarity with the ABQ metro area came in handy. Ralph set up showings quickly and was able to recommend and set up the inspections, services, title insurance, etc., necessary to secure our purchase with a good measure of confidence. This was a long-distance purchase and the ABQ market was hot, necessitating our need to act quickly—Ralph supported us the entire time and did a lot of the legwork for us, all the while keeping us informed and assisting with any necessary action required of us. If we have to venture into the real estate market again, Ralph will be our go-to agent.
