There aren't enough words in the English language to describe how wonderful a real estate agent Lori Weigant is!! She is professional, proactive, quick to respond, honest, thoughtful, and always ready to jump on board for an open house or to schedule a showing. She goes above and beyond what any agent has done for us in the past. She made me feel like no question was too silly or not worth getting the answer to. Buying a home and moving can be a very stressful experience, but Lori took a load of stress off and made the whole process a joy. From providing us with moving boxes and packing tape to the extremely thoughtful housewarming gifts that were in our new home when we got our keys, Lori went over the top in every way. I would use her again in a heartbeat and I highly, highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

I had the pleasure of working with Lori to sell my home. She was incredibly personable and made the entire process much easier. I really appreciated how accessible she was. She always responded to my texts and phone calls within a timely manner and I felt like I could reach out to her anytime with questions. In addition to her excellent communication, she went above and beyond in ways that I did not expect. The house I was selling was a bit far from where I currently live and she kindly met me half way to exchange keys. She also helped me pick up some final belongings from the house and drove them all the way to me. This was an unexpected and truly appreciated gesture. Samantha at our first meeting to discuss a possible sale was very candid and open to discuss my home. On our next meeting she had prepared a very in-depth & professional market evaluation. This was not EZ as the market had been slow due to a number of economic factors. She offered many items on preparation of my house for best presentation. She had many good ideas and were to focus. She was not forceful and was open to my opinions. Samantha offered a number of key contractors to use to complete the tasks or let me get done. She was Great at Communicating during the whole process of preparing to sell to close on the house. Samantha was Often going above & beyond in communication. She made it a point that ANY Final Decision was mine. She was great at sharing her knowledge when asked and not pushy to use. She did a great job for me and made my home sale a Success by helping prep and display it Wonderfully. First weekend I got 3 solid offers Over Asking and Two that were 50K above. If you are looking for a realtor look no further than Susan Kolb. She was our agent for selling my moms house in Sun City Lincoln Hills. Her knowledge of the area and price point, the litany of skilled contractors and vendors she has relationships with, as well as her professional and personal approach to the job sets her apart from the competition. Since I don't live close to the property, she took care of all of the "little things" that add up without me having to travel 3 hours. She wears many hats through the process and wears them all well. I can't thank her enough for being the one on my side through the process and doing the leg work to make decision making easy. I couldn't have been happier with her as my realtor!

We knew Lori was the one to represent us in the home purchasing journey from the very 1st call we had with her. Lori made us feel like we were her only clients and her only priority. I chose to work with Brian because I didn’t want any drama. I needed to sell my house fast and for the most money possible because I’d already committed to buying another house (we had cats, I didn’t want to rent and move again), so I had less than two months to move out, get the house market-ready, list it, and sell it—or be stuck paying two mortgages. Brian made it happen under insane constraints. I signed with him on the 4th. We listed on the 13th, held open houses on the 15th and 16th, and accepted an offer on the 17th. Four days on the market. Multiple offers. That alone would have been enough, but what we pulled off between the 4th and 13th was kind of unreal. Three new roofs, solar panels removed and reinstalled, interior paint, full landscaping cleanup and mulch across an ACRE OF LAND, deep cleaning, staging, electricians, handymen, junk hauls, pressure-washing garages (which Brian did himself). He coordinated all of it—while navigating unpredictable weather. Rainy one minute, sunny the next. Brian had a vision for this house—he saw what was possible and he didn't give up. He also represented the buyer. When their financing fell through, he found a better lender and saved the deal. He negotiated like a pro and absolutely sold the sh*t out of this house. I estimate we netted $70K more with Brian than we would have without him—not just from the sale price, but from everything he saved me in time, money, and upgrades. There’s no way I could’ve done this with anyone else. I wanted someone who knew how to price and sell a rural, desirable-but-not-turnkey home without price drops or long delays. Brian had a strategy, and he executed it exactly like he said he would. If you need someone who can truly get it done, there's nobody else.
