Repeat business is generally a sign of a happy customer and in our case it’s definitely true. We’ve contracted with Sam for five real estate transactions and have been very pleased having her as our agent. As our buyers agent, she was very responsive when we requested to see properties. In the event she was unavailable, she quickly arranged for another agent to provide access. She has excellent taste, is knowledgeable about home remodels, and provided helpful feedback on the possibilities for renovating resale homes to meet our needs. During contract negotiations she provided good guidance and maintained excellent communication. Additionally, she was supportive and calm when there were hiccups (in other words talked us down from freaking out). As our sellers agent, she again was responsive; quickly scheduling photos and listings to accommodate our purchasing timeframes. (Note: Her photographers take excellent photos which is so important as most buyers’ interest comes from internet searches.) We really appreciated the care she took (custom signs and email communication) to make sure prospective buyers didn’t let out our indoor pets during open houses and showings. She was supportive in the sales process and helpful during negotiations. For example, advising on counter offers and which buyer-requested repairs to perform. Whether buying, selling, or both, we highly recommend Sam as your agent.

The kids have moved out except for the youngest and it was time to downsize. The emotional attachment to the home was no small thing as we had been there 16 years and had grown to LOVE the home and the neighborhood. I called my trusted realtor who had helped us with purchasing the home in 2006. Unfortunately he had hung up his realtor hat and retired. Even in retirement he helped in a big way by referring me to Samantha Landon. During our first meeting she was able to communicate her strategies which included a strong online presence. Samantha was able to help us with a beginning listing price that reflected her experience in the area and using all information available on the Multiple Listing Service. She held multiple open houses and was able to take the feedback from the potential buyers which we used to navigate future decisions. She was also able to keep in contact with those same visitors to keep our home in mind. You will get her full attention as she monitors the listings and changes in the neighborhood values. Her communication with me was constant and contained information that made me comfortable in the status of the listing. After a lot of feedback on the home we decided to make upgrades on the home to include carpet and paint throughout including painting the kitchen cabinets. Samantha has trusted contractors that were able to get started quickly and complete the job in less than two weeks. Not an easy thing to get contractors quickly and at a fair price at the same time.
