Miriam spent time getting to know our property needs and budget. Since we were 7+ hours away it wasn’t practical to drive the distance when properties we became interested in became available. Miriam suggested FaceTime as an option where she would setup viewing appointments where we could take a custom tour with her. This was fabulous since she was able to answer questions on the spot saving us time and money on frequent visits.
