She knew which things were important to us and kept those things in mind as we looked at each house. Corrie was referred to us by our previous realtor who had retired. We met with her and immediately felt comfortable with her! She was confident and willing to walk us through the selling process, being honest and open about her thoughts and plans for our house. We listed the house on a Thursday, and had multiple offers above asking price by Sunday evening! Corrie made the whole process as easy as possible for us: valuing the house, listing it, suggestions for staging, and getting all the paperwork in order and passed along to us!
