Corrie is the best agent I have worked with! She assisted me throughout the process of selling my home from providing advice on preparing my home to sell, pricing my home appropriately to maximize interest, negotiating offers and closing the sale. When my wife and I decided that we wanted to start the process of looking for a home to purchase, we sought out Nicole to help guide through the home buying experience. She walked us through what the typical process looks like (as this was our first home buying experience) and clearly laid out the next steps so that we could have a good idea of what to expect next. We sat down with her and gave her all of our desires as to what we would want our ideal house to look like. She instantly got to work and found several homes that checked several boxes on our list. When my wife and I finally decided which homes we would like to walk through, Nicole got to work setting up times with the other realtor so that we could get in to look around as soon as we could. As soon as we found where we wanted to be our future home, Nicole laid our the next steps for us including walking through the purchase agreement with us to make sure that we understood each step of the process. From start to finish, Nicole did a wonderful job of guiding us along the way to make sure that we were on track to get the house of our dreams.
