From the first time I met Wesley until our last transaction, he's been nothing but professional. He knowledgeable on so many levels. Wesley is a great property manager. I had absolutely no problems, I like the fact that he informed me of everything that was going on, but then handled it like the professional he is. I've never had to ask him to do anything twice. I was sad when our last transaction ended. However, I look forward to working with Wesley on new adventures going forward. Wesley is the man!! 🙂

My husband and I highly recommend Petra Quinn for your real estate needs. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us some great options. The whole experience from when we were started looking until closing was very smooth. We felt throughout the process she was our advocate; always looking out for our best interest. She worked very well with our loan officer to ensure that all the paperwork for the loan and home were done accurately and timely. Very professional in all our interactions. She also connected us with an agent in another state where we had some property to sell. We have been very pleased with the entire experience.

We were extremely pleased with Julia. She wanted to know about us, what we could afford and what we wanted so she could find a property that best suited us. She took that information and conscientiously and zealously applied it to find the right property. With her help, we found exactly what we wanted and she made the process very easy. She provided updates and information promptly. No details were overlooked. Thank you Julia Stevens.

Bill was very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He gave us plenty of advice on how to navigate certain situations as it was our first time buying a home and he always had an answer for our questions. 100% would recommend.

Julia came through big for me on the sale of my home. I wanted to sell my home, but it needed repairs and serious upgrades to get the price I wanted. Julia came in, inspected my home and knowing my situation, funded and managed the renovations bringing out the hidden beauty of my home. I received a full-price offer on my home and settled in a timely manner. Julia was on the ball on the entire process and made sure the extensive project was finished in 10 days! If you're thinking of selling, even if your property needs repairs or upgrading, I highly recommend you call Julia Stevens!

Petra was tasked with representing the buyer (myself) and the seller of the property. She was incredibly fair and helpful the whole time. She made things as easy as possible while offering wisdom and assistance throughout the process. I would say that she certainly kept her integrity while working both sides of the transaction. I would recommend!

Petra took our sale during a tough time. Interest rates were over 7% but she did such a great job displaying the Condo and showing it to interested buyers that eventually the negative aspects of selling a house in these times were negated and we got a very good deal. She worked hard to price the house at a level for a better sale, staged the property to look elegant and took the time to show it frequently. We were very pleased with all of Petra’s efforts on our behalf!
