Brandon hadn't dealt much with home buyers who hadn't narrowed down exactly what they were looking for, much less an area, before me. However, he was open to viewing all suggested properties, and came up with more based on what we looked at. It was a learning experience for both of us! I think we both learned about what to ask, from both a buyer and a realtor standpoint.

Well we started it off by getting the house ready for sale. Staging the home made the home look tremendously better. This was a recommendation from Brandon. Then we also looked through all the comparables in the area and ran and found more than enough to look at. And we found definitely ones that that matched. Plus I was able to look at what was selling in the neighborhood and for what price. And then Brandon recommended a great photographer and he came in and the pictures he did made the house look extremely bright and welcoming. Then we listed once I was ready. We had quite a bit of communication back-and-forth between the buyers and Brandon kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Brandon kept on top of things up until the last minute and we closed. I definitely would recommend Brandon to anyone who is buying or selling a house.

This being Brandon’s first real estate transaction, some was learn as we go but the major parts we very professional. Starting with the comparables, I was given plenty to look at and were well maetcj to my house. The description of the house and what I relayed for what I wanted was well matched. Plus I thought he had done research to know what was necessary to get a tentative buyers attention. The pictures made the place look very nice. The corespondents with buyers agents was a lot more than I expected with a lot of back and forth and I thought it was very excellent.
