Brandon hadn't dealt much with home buyers who hadn't narrowed down exactly what they were looking for, much less an area, before me. However, he was open to viewing all suggested properties, and came up with more based on what we looked at. It was a learning experience for both of us! I think we both learned about what to ask, from both a buyer and a realtor standpoint.

Well we started it off by getting the house ready for sale. Staging the home made the home look tremendously better. This was a recommendation from Brandon. Then we also looked through all the comparables in the area and ran and found more than enough to look at. And we found definitely ones that that matched. Plus I was able to look at what was selling in the neighborhood and for what price. And then Brandon recommended a great photographer and he came in and the pictures he did made the house look extremely bright and welcoming. Then we listed once I was ready. We had quite a bit of communication back-and-forth between the buyers and Brandon kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Brandon kept on top of things up until the last minute and we closed. I definitely would recommend Brandon to anyone who is buying or selling a house.

This being Brandon’s first real estate transaction, some was learn as we go but the major parts we very professional. Starting with the comparables, I was given plenty to look at and were well maetcj to my house. The description of the house and what I relayed for what I wanted was well matched. Plus I thought he had done research to know what was necessary to get a tentative buyers attention. The pictures made the place look very nice. The corespondents with buyers agents was a lot more than I expected with a lot of back and forth and I thought it was very excellent.

She is the best at what she does. I have known her for almost 30 years. I have worked with her when I first came to Fl and her work ethic is exceptional. She made selling very easy and did not push me into doing something I did not want to do. When I did not sell unit right away, she would always talked me down with “ all you need is that one person”, and she was right. That is called experience. My advice to others who are looking for an realtor, call Juliana, you will not regret it.

Motivated, good listener, process driven, pro-active, responsive, problem solver....these are all words that I would use to describe Nick. Selling a house can be stressful and Nick knows this. He is there to inform you along the way and offer support and guidance. I appreciated Nicks thorough communication and responsiveness. We had a few incidents along the way and Nick was there with a call and a suggestion for solving the problem. He was great at offering perspective but still allowing us to make the decisions. Nick is professional yet personable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

There isn't enough words to express how grateful we were to have Brian as the realtor in selling my father's apartment building. Managing a rental property had become a burden and we had no clue what extra steps needed to be taken to sell a multi-occupancy property. He was so responsive anytime we had questions; he met with us and gave us knowledgeable advice, which made the whole process so much easier on everyone.
