Working with Charmaine and Gabby was a wonderful experience. We had not purchased a home in almost 50 years, and were very inexperienced. These wonderful ladies showed us models, types, and different designs that made the process go smoothly. They were available, answered our questions, followed up with other services when needed, and while being very professional, showed us how caring they are. We met them on closing day at the house and they were there welcoming us to our new home. I feel blessed that they were there for us.

Rick McKean truly cares about his clients and was absolutely amazing to work with, I would recommend him to everyone. He made the home purchasing process a breeze and had constant communication with us along every step of the way. Our situation was not easy to navigate as, my father was purchasing a house in Florida from New Jersey and thought purchasing a home from over 1,000 miles away would be difficult, but Rick proved us wrong. We contacted Rick before traveling down to Floridia and from the beginning he was very professional, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us and understood our needs. Rick always made himself available, to answer our questions and show us homes. In a matter of a week, my dad found a house, made an offer and signed the sales agreement, while never feeling pressured. Once back to New Jersey Rick was in constant communication with us and walked us through the process right through to closing. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch who is now considered a friend. Highly recommended!

Hello all you homeowners in the Villages and potential Villagers. Rick Mc Lean introduced himself to me with the kindest, most sincere voice with a demeanor to match. He worked constantly during the listing period to update my home and took time to purchase AND INSTALL new doorknobs throughout my home! If the pool needed water 💦, he filled it. Once the painting etc was finished ( Rick got the contractors for ceiling, garage , cleaning etc) Rick began open houses almost daily. He sold it in a sinking market within 3 weeks for cash, no inspection , and a quick close! Wow!! He not only works miracles, he TRULY CARES!! He’d call often to give me updates and was available anytime I needed him to check on something or pick up supplies. Truly a one of a kind REALTOR. Rick helped us with a long distance purchase for an investment property in March 2020 just before the world was closed down. Did so much extra work with his wife to get our rental property up to speed to prevent us from getting killed on our investment. He put in tons of his personal time with our property over the 2.5 years we owned it right up until he helped us sell for nice profit. Anytime we had an issue he was there for us or had a contact to fix the problem. Truly went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for us.
