I selected Charmaine Adams and Gabriela Bryceland after interviewing a number of agents ahead of my mom's house sale in the Villages. They brought a solid proposal, based in data and fact (vs. empty promises that many agents make). What truly separated them was their standard practice of staging the home for free, an aggressive self-funded advertising campaign, and paining of the kitchen to a more neutral tone - they made in investment in the process and it paid off. Additionally, and probably the most important point, was their hustle - they held multiple open houses PER WEEK over the course of a 2 mo listing. They're easy to work with and communicated updates regularly (upon my request). Only feedback was to be more proactive w/ updates after each open house; although, I'm probably a bit higher maintenance than most :). Neighbors were commenting on how impressed they were, which resulted in some referral business. Would recommend their team 100%.

We worked with Scout (starting in December) after meeting him at an open house. He was very helpful in our search for a house in The Villages. After understanding what we were looking for (area, price point, style of house, etc), he did not waste our time taking us to see houses outside our criteria. Once we found a house, Scout worked with us in putting together an offer. His suggestions and input on how the home buying process works here were appreciated.
