Bob Berube worked with us to purchase our home in so many ways. Upon contacting him of our interest in a house in the Villages, Bob immediately attended an open house to see it first-hand. He promptly contacted us and gave us an honest appraisal of the home and how the market would view the property. Bob's candid feedback was instrumental in our decision to submit a bid. We trusted his assessment of the property and knowledge of the current market. Bob worked with the Selling Agent to insure our offers were reviewed against other offers. I called Rick because I saw how he prepared and sold the house across from me. When he came to talk to me he had a booklet for me with all the comps and pictures of them. He prepared a breakdown of all the the expenses involved if I sold at the suggested price. He and his partner conducted many open houses and kept me up to date on everything that was happening.
