My husband and I had high hopes and expectations of buying our first home in 2017. Jaqui is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We watched the market for several months and months and Jaqui was patient with us while we secured our loan. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, kindness and industry knowledge Jaqui gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes we looked at (over 20). Particular high points were helping us extricate ourselves from the purchase of a home we were not fully invested in or in love with. Jaqui helped us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices or all cash offered. I hope we’re in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jaqui again or give her anything but the highest recommendation.

I've worked with Jessica as both a buyer as well as a seller. She's professional, friendly, and dedicated in helping get what her clients need. Due to specific circumstances, I was unable to remain local to the area while my house was prepared, listed, shown, and ultimately sold by Jessica. When it came time to list my Mom's home in Sun Lakes, AZ, I chose Melissa for my Realtor. A very wise move, indeed. Melissa was unusually responsive - taking all of my calls or immediately returning calls and texts if she was with another client. Taking time to explain anything about the transaction that I really did not understand. Giving me good guidance throughout the process. Melissa had Open Houses and worked smart and hard to get my Mom's house sold to the right buyer. Her experience as a Real Estate appraiser is helpful in her knowledge regarding properties and their real value. She has an analytical eye and couples it with an energetic commitment for a good sale. Her straight-forward-no-nonsense approach to her work, as well as her attention to detail, worked for me. She is tireless in her commitment to her clients. The best in the business in my opinion! They have sold two homes for me, one In 2016 and one in May of 2018. They also sold me a home in 2014 and they are currently helping me find a home as I type this review! Did I mention that both homes I listed with them both had contracts within a week! I wouldn't recommend anyone else period!
