Working with Christopher was a pleasure. Whenever the wife and I had a question didn’t matter what day he was quick to answer. Help us walk through the process of buying our home. If you are looking for a REAL real estate professional, look no more. I had to sell my dad's fixer-upper and had interviewed 2 other Realtor's for the job. Mike immediately stood out in his knowledge not only with the day to day aspect but also the market we were in and his professionalism left me feeling confident every step of the way. When I called or sent him a text, if I didn't get him right then, I received a response within a few hours. He was always accessible, always had answers, and was great with follow-up. He stayed on top of the transaction from start to finish and it was by far the smoothest real estate transaction I've ever been a party to. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell or buy. I only wish he worked in my part of the state. Good agents like Mike are hard to find. I have had the opportunity to work with Jessica in selling and buying another home. Before going with her, I interviewed multiple realtors and found that she would be the best. Her experience and knowledge is hands down the best in the business. No matter what your budget is from 200 k - 2 million her ability to understand and quickly give me answer or find when she did not know was amazing. She is very creative with her marketing strategies in order to sale quickly for top dollar. She listened to my concerns and helped me understand the whole process along the way. When it was time to buy another home, she was patient with my ideas and limited budget. Mary is simply amazing! We met at an open house months before asking her to represent us in the sale of our home. She was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. Before meeting Mary, I had an agent who just wasn't right for us at the time (not to mention the 6% percent commission she wanted). I decided to take a break after that experience. During that break time, I was calling Mary with questions and asking for her advice about the area we wanted to move to. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area BUT, the BIGGEST THING I NOTICED ABOUT MARY DURING THE MONTHS OF CALLING HER, SHE NEVER PRESSURED ME TO SIGN ANY CONTRACTS OR JUST IN CASE TYPE OF PAPERWORK! Mary helped and explained the home selling/ buying process with me and my wife. And my wife simply loved Mary for that and the extra time she spent with her. Mary was able to help us with the schools for our children (most important) and the overall little things that we asked for that were not even related to the sale or purchase of our new home. Without a doubt the best Realtor I have ever worked with. Sheryl listed and sold our investment property (rental) in the Royal Palm neighborhood of Phoenix. Az. As out of town sellers she made the process unbelievably easy. From the day she.met with us when she arrived with a full assessment of the comps in the area and a solid pricing recommendation to the close, Sheryl was exceptional. She referred us to good tradesmen to get work done around the house, kept an eye on the property by stopping by frequently, made sure it looked great for every showing. And, above all she is a professional who knows her business. She negotiated through a low appraisal and was able to demonstrate to the appraiser that the selling price was right. Sheryl was available by phone, text and email, and always prompt with her response. Plus, she was fun, funny, kind and resourceful. We truly enjoyed interacting with her. Mary Ruiz is an outstanding realtor and anyone looking to buy a home should just skip the rest and start with her. I started my search for a home in July and I must have contacted at least 15 realtors before Mary and I met. As a result, when Mary and I met I was frustrated and tired of realtors, and about to give up on my home search. She was clearly different from the start. In my experience, the other realtors did not follow-up, where limited in area, or in two instances tried, in my opinion, to coerce me in a direction I was not interested in. Mary met with me on a moments notice. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She quickly learned what I was looking for and we immediately started looking at houses online, that day. She set and kept expectations and within a couple of weeks I submitted an offer on a house. Through the process I had no unanswered questions. Mary is a true professional and I could find at least 15 other realtors who could take lessons from Mary.
