Bertina is a true professional in her field. We were moving from South Florida and had very little knowledge of all the diversity in the Palm Coast. She asked us all the right questions, listened carefully to our very unique needs, and immediately got to work. We were needing housing that would accommodate our elderly mother in separate quarters of her own, and still fit the lifestyle of our two young adults still living with us. After our phone call, in just 3 hours she had a dozen homes in different locations to introduce to us. She narrowed down exactly what our tastes were very quickly. It was like she was from HGTV or something! On the second day of looking, she found us the perfect spot. It fit exactly everything we were looking for in location, price, and fit. There were some issues that came up with our funding and contract, but Bertina knew all the real estate laws and means of making the process work. She expertly negotiated the purchase and closed the deal within 30 days. We were highly impressed. We absolutely love the house and the perfect fit for our family. Her strength, persistence and patience served me very well again when we successfully sold my first home for a considerable profit in large part due to her guidance and fortitude not letting give in to taking shortcuts preparing my home for market.
