Bertina is a true professional in her field. We were moving from South Florida and had very little knowledge of all the diversity in the Palm Coast. She asked us all the right questions, listened carefully to our very unique needs, and immediately got to work. We were needing housing that would accommodate our elderly mother in separate quarters of her own, and still fit the lifestyle of our two young adults still living with us. After our phone call, in just 3 hours she had a dozen homes in different locations to introduce to us. She narrowed down exactly what our tastes were very quickly. Jannette was amazing to work with! This was the first time we have sold a house and she made the process extremely easy. She seemed as excited to sell the property as we were! She was really invested in us. She made the experience, believe it or not, fun! Jannette was especially careful in this time period of COVID-19. She wore a mask and practiced social distancing. She had the potential buyers wear masks too. Everyone’s safety was a priority. While working with Jannette she was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that she works on facts. What you see is what you get. There was never any pressure to compromise what we wanted as the seller. She let us make our decisions. Despite our inexperience she treated us with dignity and respect.
