Carol is so easy to work with. She will offer her opinion, however, NEVER pressure or hard sell you. Carol is always available to answer questions and/or offer advise. This was the easiest sell and purchase and Carol made sure we were on board and understood every step of the way!!

She successfully helped us negotiate a sales price and helped identify the mortgage and insurance people needed to close the sale. She helped identify maintenance and property management people to watch over the property when we are "home" in Canada. We are thrilled with this purchase and counting out the days until we return to the beach. I don't think this would have happened if we had not met Rosa.
