Jannette was amazing to work with! This was the first time we have sold a house and she made the process extremely easy. She seemed as excited to sell the property as we were! She was really invested in us. She made the experience, believe it or not, fun! Jannette was especially careful in this time period of COVID-19. She wore a mask and practiced social distancing. She had the potential buyers wear masks too. Everyone’s safety was a priority. While working with Jannette she was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that she works on facts. What you see is what you get. There was never any pressure to compromise what we wanted as the seller. She let us make our decisions. Despite our inexperience she treated us with dignity and respect. Carol is so easy to work with. She will offer her opinion, however, NEVER pressure or hard sell you. Carol is always available to answer questions and/or offer advise. This was the easiest sell and purchase and Carol made sure we were on board and understood every step of the way!!

We recently purchased a home in Flagler Beach, Florida using Rosa Benitez as our realtor. We could not be happier with the service she provided. Before contacting Rosa, we had taken 4 trips from Alberta, Canada to Florida to identify a second home on the beach, without success, Rosa was able to identify exactly the kind of property we were looking for 24 hours after we first spoke to her. She successfully helped us negotiate a sales price and helped identify the mortgage and insurance people needed to close the sale. She helped identify maintenance and property management people to watch over the property when we are "home" in Canada. We are thrilled with this purchase and counting out the days until we return to the beach. I don't think this would have happened if we had not met Rosa.
