Met Pam, for the first time, on April 14, 2022. I quickly determined she was a great choice. We signed the seller's agreement and she promptly went to work taking photos of the property and preparing a formal listing. I trusted her professionalism and knowledge of the market in setting the list price for the home. In a matter of 3-days, we had multiple offers. Pam communicated in detail the background on each offer (cash, finance, VA, etc.) and we jointly discussed which offer to accept. We closed on May 20, 2022, with a selling price above the list price. (The market was hot). Pam kept me very well informed of the progress and was proactive in solving a number of minor problems with the house. What a relief, as I was already swamped with work at my regular job. I would hire Pam again, in a heartbeat.
