I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home and for selling the old one. My husband and I have moved many times, and have used Pam to help us with a few of our moves. She is by far the best of the best. She listens to your wants, hears the things you don't want and feels the pains of moving with you. This time she even helped us find a realtor in North Carolina to help us sell our home so we could make the move happen sooner. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. Met Pam, for the first time, on April 14, 2022. I quickly determined she was a great choice. We signed the seller's agreement and she promptly went to work taking photos of the property and preparing a formal listing. I trusted her professionalism and knowledge of the market in setting the list price for the home. In a matter of 3-days, we had multiple offers. Pam communicated in detail the background on each offer (cash, finance, VA, etc.) and we jointly discussed which offer to accept. We closed on May 20, 2022, with a selling price above the list price. (The market was hot). Pam kept me very well informed of the progress and was proactive in solving a number of minor problems with the house.
