REALTY EXCHANGE, LLC

Our experience working with Brittany was terrific! Selling your home in today’s market can be stressful but Brittany made it easy. She answered all of our many questions explaining the process and helping us to understand it all. Through it all she was professional and always had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Brittany as she is a skilled and professional realtor.

Brittany helped my husband I find a home very quickly. Our home sold and we had less than 3 weeks to find something (and I was very particular about what I wanted) within the parameters of my price-point. She spent SO much time researching areas, homes, reaching out to properties that had been on the market previously to see if they were going back on the market. She did not rest until we found something we liked and stuck with us until the very end of the process. She is one of the kindest, honest, patient and smartest realtors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Extra-ordinary! Pam listens to what you are looking for and doesn't stop until she finds exactly what you want. Her knowledge of the Palm Coast area is over the top! She works hard not only to find you the perfect home but at the best price. She knows how to get things done and is so professional in everything she does. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home and for selling the old one. My husband and I have moved many times, and have used Pam to help us with a few of our moves. She is by far the best of the best. She listens to your wants, hears the things you don't want and feels the pains of moving with you. This time she even helped us find a realtor in North Carolina to help us sell our home so we could make the move happen sooner. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. After closing, some realtors walk away - but she checks in to make sure we know of the many savings we can acquire in the state of Florida. She provides support as we navigate a new community. Her help has been more than help, it has been a blessing. Knowing that we have all things covered and if not, she is there to remind us. Don't make another move without reaching out to Pam - she is amazing!

Pam kept in touch with us from the day we listed the house, which was so important to us as we leaving town for awhile. Fortunately we had activity on the property immediately and Pam was very professional without any issues and we had a contract!

Carol went above and beyond for me and my family when it came down to choosing the perfect house. As a first time homebuyer, you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. Carol made sure that we thought of everything, she was there throughout the entire process explaining and talking us through. Carol’s kindness and understanding throughout buying our home truly made it feel like we were working with a family member she wanted what was best for us, and as a first time homebuyer this was the best experience I could’ve asked for! I would recommend Carol to anyone looking for a realtor who is personable, professional, and ready to advocate for you throughout the home buying process. Thank you again Carol we appreciate everything you’ve done for us.
