Let me say that it was a pleasure to work with April. She communicated well with not only me but with other agents, insurance agents and the bank handling my loan. I worked with Rick last year in the midst of the COVID shutdown to purchase a home in Florida. I lived out of state, so many of the showings were virtual through Zoom. Rick was patient with this process and showed me many, many houses. He was very knowledgeable of the different communities within central Florida. We narrowed it down to about 8 houses and I came to Florida to go through each one in person. Rick spent 2 days with me as I finally decided on the home that would be the best fit. He was able to arrange the home inspection while I was still in town, and then continued to follow the process through until closing. It's very stressful to buy a home, and during COVID it was off the charts. But Rick made the process as easy as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Central Florida area.

"We reviewed many buyer's agents on the main real estate sites and narrowed them down to a short list of 5 agents. We then sent emails to them and Nick's response was significantly better than all the others. We had sent a list of requirements and questions which he addressed directly. We also wanted to hire a buyer's agent and that was a important consideration as well. Nick actively listened to us and only showed us properties that met our requirements. He was very responsive in staying on top of what was going on and, even if there wasn't any current activity, he still stayed in touch and let us know what he was doing to help find us our new home. He also was very helpful in recommending local services such as cleaners, pest control, landscapers, etc. It was a real pleasure to work with Nick.
