We worked with Kent on a purchase of a home and a sale of another. The purchase was a process that took a couple of years. Even though we "backed out" twice on properties, Kent was always patient and professional realizing our needs were more important than his commission. When there were small bumps in the road with the purchase, Kent was responsive and went "to bat" for us on the issues. On the sale of an existing home Kent was always prompt with his communications, kept us positive in a down market, and always available to explain and to answer our questions.
