Jon is a smart and articulate realtor, who knows the local market well. I am particularly appreciative of how friendly and helpful Jon is. Jon was my realtor on three different transactions, at the same time and that time also happened to be a very personally challenging time for me (dealing with personal loss and related sudden international travel, in the middle of the transactions). When this happened, Jon immediately rose to the occasion willing to help in any manner he could, including helping me close two of the transactions, while I was out of the country. He covered for me, in ways I could not have expected a realtor/ a strictly professional relationship to do. He acted more like a good friend and for that, I am truly grateful!
