Maya's awesome!! I'm a first time homeowner and knew nothing at all about the process. Maya did a lot of handholding with me and was very patient with my ignorance. On more than one occasion, I'd be skeptical about what she was telling me, but every time she was proven correct. She definitely knows what she's doing and she knows the area very well (my home's in Cary). She understands the workings of this market as well as the seasonal trends which are crucial to gauging how the homes should be priced and what we should go for. Her experience also enables her to go into a house and immediately identify what would need to be changed and/or fixed as well as the more problematic aspects such as lot sloping...etc. Finally, and very importantly, she's been extremely responsive.
