We bought our first home with Maya. I cannot imagine using a different realtor in the future, and here is why: 1) She is patient. When we first approached Maya, we didn't know where or what we would buy. She didn't mind. She showed us many houses and allowed us to figure things out ourselves, without any pressure. 2) She listens. As we narrowed our search, it was clear Maya had listened carefully to our search criteria. She was able to weigh in using our logic and her 19 years of experience. In this way, she served as an invaluable counselor. 3) She is a master administrator. We had to close in just 30 days! Maya made sure all details (surveys, inspections, attorneys, insurance, contractors etc.) were taken care of in time. She once scheduled visits by 4 contractors in a 45-minute window of my choosing. She is remarkably efficient and organized. We have found a realtor for life.
