Maya always goes above and beyond! Buying a home is stressful regardless, so you can imagine how stressful it was trying to buy a home while not having access to my phone while at work! But Maya and the team made everything seamless and smooth. Maya is always on the hunt for homes for me, stays within my budget, shows me terrible homes I insist on seeing (even if she knows I’ll hate it but won’t say anything to try to dissuade me!), takes and sends pics of homes or things for me, and helps me get repairs done prior to move in. She always talks through strategy when purchasing and helps get the best deal possible! For the closing, the communication was fantastic! Gina and Maya and the team walked us through the paperwork and what was needed from me to be sure everything was ready on time and there was some issues with getting the sellers documents but I didn’t even know because they handled it all.
