I have worked with Shanda on several occasions, and she is the BEST! She responds to all of my questions right away and gives me detailed answers and suggestions. I never feel any pressure from her - it’s like working with a friend, which she has become. I am from Michigan and she is a 12 hour drive away but when I work with her, it feels as if we are in the same area! I bought a house with her help, yet I never physically went through it. I was sent all the information I needed, and Shanda arranged and led a FaceTime tour, going through every room, pointing out all the features of the house. I was also able to talk with the owners. This house was a fixer upper and she was able to help me set up appointments with contractors and companies in the area that I needed to call. Before buying this home (which is almost finished), Shanda showed me other houses, and even though they weren’t quite right for me in the end, she constantly kept me informed of new ones as they came up and motivated me to keep searching for my dream house!! I highly recommend Shanda! She gives 150% every day at her job, and she cares so much about making her clients happy and informed.
