Hire Jon, make your life easy. Right from the start he nailed what needed to be fixed, how to make it look move it ready and got the valuation dead on accurate. He knows Chapel Hill, Hillsborough and Durham really well. We sold our place in Hillsborough with him. When problems came up (don't they always in house sales?), he had the resources at his finger tips to get the problems solved. He also knew when to push back on unreasonable demands and how to smoothly navigate negotiations. Closing was a breeze. Easy process for us with Jon's advice.
