He worked with his associate Michelle Metcalf to make our home more attractive to potential buyers by pulling up some area rugs we had that were carpet taped to the floor for safety reasons, so the tiled floor could be seen. It was a good marketing strategy. My husband and I were both seniors and could not pull it up by ourselves. The strategy worked. We were able to sell our home in a short amount of time.
