Great experience with Cheryl and team working to sell our home in a very tough market. We actually took it off market after a few months of not finding the right buyers. Cheryl never gave up. When she had interested parties who were well qualified she would call me and ask if we were interested in showing it. We went out on a limb and allowed them to. Just a few days later we had an offer. We countered aggressively and weren’t sure we would appraise but we did!!! Sold at exactly the price we wanted. Kudos to Cheryl and team for not giving up and continuing to locate buyers whilst knowing what possibilities were out there!
