Cheryl is a huge blessing. I found Cheryl online after being matched with another realtor who just wasn't really meshing with my wants and needs. Cheryl was incredibly receptive. She coached me thru the process of trying to find a new home as a first time buyer. She was realistic and gave great advice through out the process. She was available everyday of the week via phone and text message and never made me feel like a burden. There was a lot of anxiety involved in buying a house for the first time and she went out of her way to try to calm all my anxious thoughts. I'm not sure I would have had the confidence to continue with the home buying process if I didn't have Cheryl in my back pocket. I recommend her to anyone who needs someone in their corner. Cheryl and Chris Thompson are exceptional real estate agents and a solid realtor team. They were always available by phone when needed and their communication and follow up was top notch. Chris priced my house $20,000 more than what I had anticipated it would sell for and was I pleasantly surprised when the house sold for asking price after only being on the market for 2 days. We did not even have to do an open house which was a huge relief. Their knowledge of the Fish Hawk market was an advantage and their marketing efforts created a lot of buzz in advance prior to my house going on the market, which I believe led to the quick sell. Cheryl was amazing to work with! She found my family exactly what we were looking for, at a price point about 250k less than our budget, all within the 7 days my family was in town to all look together. She responds immediately and got us the best deal we could get! Her network of professionals were also fantastic, from the mortgage broker to the title agent. She also recommended a contractor to help with our renovation needs and he has been our right hand man even before we closed.
