Maritza is one of the few responsible realtors I've met. Returns calls promptly, asks the questions we want answers too, and was very involved in communications with the financial lender( which made closing much less stressful) We were looking for an investment property and her ability to get us into the properties very quickly , most times in the same day. Carina Barber with RE/MAX is an amazing, realtor. She was so attentive and followed up with every listing I sent her. I move frequently and I've never met a realtor who put so much time and effort in helping their client. She's pro active and sets time aside for you, it's a trait that's difficult to find in many realtors. After I found my new home, she guide me through the process until the end. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Tyler was very personable and very knowledgeable and made my wife and myself very comfortable with the whole home buying process. For first time homebuyers, this whole process was very intimidating and honestly scary. I have worked with Jeanette on a few different occasions and have always had a positive experience. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Jeanette brought in window treatments and other decorations to assist with staging and presentation to sell the house. She helped me make necessary repairs to the house to get it ready to list. She referred me some of the best service people, ie, handyman, plumber etc. If I couldn't be there to supervise and let them in, Jeanette was. After selling a house it was time to find a new one. Jeannette was very diligent helping me search. She sent me new listings every day. She was quick to point out defects or undesirable attributes. She never tried to talk me into anything and encouraged me to walk away when it didn't feel 100% right. We finally found the right and home and it was new construction. Jeannette came to every appointment and walk through and pointed out every little imperfection that I never would have noticed and got them to fix it. I couldn't have done it without her and I will use her again in the future.

Wow. How do I even begin, I met Tyler at this same open house. We were traveling from Miami to spend Easter weekend with family, just the weekend prior we had gotten pre approved so we decided why not pass by and see the house. There we met Tyler and automatically he looked up houses for us right there and then and offered to help us. He left a few hours later the open house and showed us the properties we wanted to see. all this was last minute so it was very sweet of him to take time aside to show us the most homes he could. Sunday he replied to all our texts and answered all our questions even though it was Easter. We finally made an offer on the home and Tyler helped us the whole way. He made the transition for us the best possible. Living in Miami and moving to Brandon can be very scary. But Tyler made it very smooth. He answered all our texts and calls at all times. It didn't matter the time or day he would reply. He not only sold us the house, but told us about nearby places we could go to near our new home since we are out of town. I highly recommend Tyler. He truly is great at what he does, professional, polite, accommodates his clients and shows interest. He doesn't just sell you a house, he sells you your dream home.

We had a very long closing process and lots of bumps along the way, but Tim really helped us more than we could have imagined. He was always available to take us to look at houses in the evenings, which is the only time we were free. He also worked with our very last minute requests to look at properties. All in all it was a wonderful experience to work with him. I would definitely recommend!
