Bradley and begonia is more than the usual realtors, they are a lot more. We came across one of Bradley’s listings in waterset and decided to give him a call, he showed up 5 minutes later..just wow! We decided to look for a different floor plan and they negotiated hard for us. Very prompt to respond if you have any questions. The best thing is after closing, they are still there to assist you. I have been in the industry for quite a long time but this is by far the best exeperience we had. We can’t thank them enough.

Working with Karen was a wonderful experience. She looked at houses with me for two days all over St. Pete and Gulfport. We bought our house remotely from another state and she put our minds at ease by her ability to liaison the purchase. She is professional and kind, easy to talk to and arranged everything for us in a timely manner. Thank you so much, Karen! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Karen was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She was so thorough in answering all of our questions and making sure every loose end and detail was attended to once we found our new home. I highly recommend Karen if you are looking for a fun, friendly, thorough realtor to help you find your new home!

Karen Woods was an absolute joy to work with! When we sent her an e-mail, she responded quickly. We went to see many houses for sale, she is very easy to talk to, and we did a lot of laughing along the way, which made the whole experience so delightful!!!! We would and will recommend Karen to anyone looking for a realtor. Thanks Vedna & Paul

Purchased and sold a home through Jeanette. She is always on the ready to assist and guide. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She also has a large contact list for home improvement contractors who can make changes to the home you are buying or getting the home you are selling ready for the market. She is also very responsive on replying to your needs, questions, or concerns. I highly recommend Jeanette.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Accompanied me through the entire house buying process and super responsive. She reached out to my lender when they were being slow to ensure they met our deadline. We went to many, many houses until we found the perfect one for me. Thanks!

With so many choices to list our house, we went with our first impression. Bradley went above and beyond assisting us with the sale of our house. He helped paint, patch holes, even pull weeds! all in order for us to make our house look great. He communicated with us through the whole process. We were very lucky to him and Begonia help us. We will not chose another team in our next house search.

No one knows Waterset like Bradley! Bradley and Begona were wonderful partners in selling our home. They were very responsive to us and to potential buyers and endlessly calm and positive during the ups and downs of any real estate transaction. They went above and beyond in preparing our home to sell and we felt sure that anytime we needed them, they'd be there. I'm glad we made the choice to list with them and I'd do the same again!

I met Bradley by chance walking into a model home in Waterset. Let me say was the best thing that could ever have happened and I am very thankful. Bradley was efficient and prompt, his negotiation skills were excellent and he got my family and I into the home of our dreams. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Bradley and Begonia helped my wife and I sell our home. Bradley is first and foremost a great person. His positive personality is infectious and one quickly realizes he is someone they can trust. His knowledge of the business as well as the area is hard to match. Bradley has spent years working in the area and has built a large network throughout the community. He was always available to us and consistently went above and beyond to get the job done. I am confident Bradley will continue to be successful because he cares for those he represents. I would advise any potential seller to carefully select their agent and I would choose team Bradley & Begonia regardless of the agency.
