We had the pleasure of working with Mary Jo Nealen during the recent sale of our home. From the start, we knew that we were in good hands because Mary immediately displayed the traits of a seasoned real estate agent. Mary had the answer to every question we threw her way. After listing our home on the market, we were under contract in less that 24 hours. Day or night, Mary was always available at a moments notice throughout the sale of our home. Mary would even attend showings with buyer's agents to ensure they were aware of all the minor details about our home (items normally overlooked). Later in the contract, we unfortunately received a faulty appraisal. Using her years of experience, Mary painstakingly spent numerous hours of her own time drafting an appraisal appeal by using appropriate comps that were overlooked by the appraiser.
