I can't say enough good things about Kim! I bought my first home a few months ago and she was an enormous help in navigating a daunting process. She sent me tons of listings while I was "shopping," was available at a moment’s notice to go see each property and referred me to a great mortgage broker. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks after we finally put an offer on a house. Kim went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, with little help from me during that time. She even scheduled and attended the home inspection with my mom since I was in the hospital and could not go. Every step of the way Kim made sure I had all the information I needed. Kim is professional, honest and down to earth- things I was not necessarily expecting from a realtor (sorry realtors !).
