I had a very positive experience with Dan, who was recommended to me by a close acquaintance who also had a very successful selling/buying experience with him. There are the normal attributes that a great realtor masters: exceptional demeanor, knowledge of the area, negotiating skills, an ability to impart comfort during a potentially uncomfortable time and a capability to rank your property in a sea of past and current offerings. Moreover, Dan is just a nice, down to earth guy. Dan's most unique skill was his ability to negotiate through and around the pandemic, which initially made the sale of property almost unthinkable! He patiently helped us overcome obstacles in the sale and showing of our property, at a time when those obstacles seemed to materialize overnight. I am not a real estate expert, but it seems that the pandemic stacked up many paradigm shifts when considering the sale of a property. If Dan can provide superior service during such an unpredictable time, this is a true compliment to his mastery of the business-as-usual process of real estate transactions. Mo assisted us in purchasing our home, which we love! If we had the desire to move, I would most certainly call Mo to assist us in selling our home as well as finding another.
